Does Stella offer a trade-in discount?
Yes, customers can trade in equipment older than 3 years and Stella will offer a 20% discount on the latest model.
How does extended warranty work?
Stella provide a 3 year warranty as standard. For Pro Monitoring clients, an additional 2 years of warranty is provided – therefore a total of 5 years.
What happens if I choose not to pay for monitoring?
You can still use the platform to manage your customers and places. However, the live status of your device will not be available. This means you cannot do remote diagnostics on your repeater.
Can I use the online portal during the installation only?
Yes. Every repeater sold gets 2 months free access to the portal. This is to help you during the installation.
Can I pay for a period of time shorter than 1 year?
No. The minimum period is 1 year. How will I know my contract is coming to an end? We automatically send out an email to remind you 1 month before your contract ends.
