Shipping & Returns

If there is any fault with the repeater inside our 3 year warranty, it can be returned to Stella Doradus for repair or replacement. The cost of return shipping is at the expense of the buyer. Before returning the goods, the company must be contacted to agree the return and an RMA form must be requested.

Our 3 year warranty covers the repeater, the cables, the antennas and power supplies.

In the case of lightning strikes or natural disasters, the repeater is not covered.

To apply for a refund or repair, the product must be returned to Stella Doradus. The customer shall bear the cost of shipping.

The equipment is not covered if used under the following conditions: dis-assembled, modified or altered, damaged due to improper cabling or installation, subjected to misuse, negligence, abnormal physical, electromagnetic or electrical stress.

Extended warranty can be purchased separately. Up to 4 years of extended warranty is available.

StellaDoradus implements the WEEE Regulations and Battery Directive to ensure that the old appliances are disposed of in a safe, correct manner, reducing any harmful effects to the environment.

Old repeaters can be returned to Stella Doradus who will manage disposal, free of charge.

Stella Doradus equipment is dispatched from our factory as soon as payment is received. Standard shipping rates apply. Delivery takes 2-5 days depending on location.
